This is a short, plain explanation of what happens to your information when you contact us. We are a small photography, film and sound studio in Lynnwood, Washington. We are not in the data business.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

How your enquiry reaches us

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party service that passes the message to our inbox. Your details travel through their systems in order to reach us, and are covered by their privacy policy as well as this one.

What we use it for

To answer you, and to arrange work if you decide to book. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Two years covers the way people actually book us — an enquiry about a quinceañera or a wedding often turns into a booking a year later, and past clients frequently return for the next occasion. If you book, the records tied to your booking are kept longer, as tax and accounting rules require.

Photographs

Photographs on this site are published with the agreement of the people and businesses shown. If you appear in an image here and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down — you do not need to give a reason.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it. There is no form to fill in.
