We plan the day around those moments before it starts, so the camera is already in the right place when the padrinos step forward, rather than moving into position while it happens.
One team for photo, film and sound
Most quinceañeras are covered by a photographer from one company and a videographer from another, and the two spend the evening working around each other. We run image and audio on a single signal chain, which means the speeches are recorded cleanly rather than picked up from across the room, and the highlight film is cut to audio that actually sounds like the night.
What you receive
A curated preview within days, then the full gallery in two to four weeks — 150+ edited images, print-ready, in a private online gallery you can share with family. A highlight film is included with event coverage. A second shooter is available on request for larger celebrations.
Booking and travel
Coverage starts at $800 and is quoted to your date, venue and hours. A 30% retainer secures the date. Travel within 30 miles of Lynnwood is included, which covers most of Snohomish County and north King County; anything beyond is quoted before you book, never added afterwards. Washington sales tax is added to the final invoice.
